Elliott Bay SunriseJune 27, 2009 | Seattle When I take water photos, I tend to do a time elapse shot over a few seconds to show a smoothness in the water. For fun, I sped up the shutter speed and got a different look. There is still some motion in the water as it was pretty dark still though.
