Sunrise Over Mount Baker

The rocky shores of Lopez Island in the San Juans looking across Puget Sound to the east as the sun rises over the Cascades and Mount Baker.

For this shot I was very lucky to be in the right place at the right time. The area had been subject to a smog warning due to the stagnant air and a weather system that just wasn't moving. The result was this beautifully colored sunrise.
