The Trees of the Coast

It's funny how absorbed you can become in a subject when you're out shooting. I was focusing so much on the sea that I was almost startled when I turned around and walked back towards shore and saw this very unique and beautiful sight. I love the long shadows of the trees against the wind-swept hillside. The golden hue of the setting sun is the perfect color for this scene.
