Seattle from the Space NeedleAugust 13, 2006 | Seattle Seattle is most famous for the Space Needle - a strange tower built for the 1963 World's Fair. This is the view from the top of it at sunset looking south towards downtown Seattle. In the foreground you can see downtown and in the far distance you can see beautiful Mount Rainier. The view from up here is great. You can see mountains in every direction and you truly get a unique view of the city. | | | | MetadataCamera Nikon D200 Lens 18-70mm f/3.5-4.5G ED-IF AF-S DX Zoom Nikkor Shutter and f/stop 1/80 sec. @ f/7.1
