Fern

I loved the pattern and the colors in these ferns. I took this at the Arboretum in Seattle - a great place to view a large variety of native plants.

I had a terrible time shooting these ferns. This was taken on my third trip back to them - and the second time that day! There was a light breeze through the valley in which these were located. I set my tripod up so I was just a few inches away and waited and waited. This shot could be a bit more in focus at either end, but it's fairly tough when there's a constant breeze.
